Cancellations policy

 

  1. Any request for blocking and/or confirmation must be requested via e-mail to: info@narelyachtgalapagos.com The confirmation of the daily tour to agencies or tour operators will be valid as long as there is a written endorsement from Yate Narel confirming said reservation. 3. The deposit slip or proof of the payment transaction for the services must be sent to the email address: info@narelyachtgalapagos.com 4. All confirmation requests must include: names and surnames, date of birth, nationality, passport number , place of origin, dietary restrictions and place to stay for each passenger.

 

 

PAYMENT POLICIES 1. To confirm fit reservations, payment of 50% in US dollars must be made in cash, check, deposit, bank transfer and/or credit card through WE TRAVEL (with a 4% surcharge) as long as when the reservation is made 30 days before departure. In case of a reservation for the same month of departure, full payment of the tour is required, that is, 100% of the payment. 2. To confirm charter reservations, 50% payment in US dollars must be made in cash, check, deposit, bank transfer and/or credit card through WE TRAVEL (with a 4% surcharge), and the Pending balance must be paid in installments or in a single payment 30 days before the service is provided. 3. If you do not comply with the stipulated payment times, the reservations made will be automatically canceled. 4. Withholdings will be received no later than 5 business days after the invoices are issued, as stipulated by law, otherwise full payment for the tour must be made.

CANCELLATIONS AND PENALTIES 1. If the cancellation is total or the number of passengers is reduced within 90 to 30 days before the date of the daily tour service, a 30% penalty will be charged. Re 2. If the cancellation is total or the number of passengers is reduced within 29 to 16 days before the date of the daily tour service, a 60% penalty will be charged. 3. If the reservation is canceled 15 days before the date of the daily tour service, a 100% penalty will be charged. 4. If the passenger does not show up on time on the day of the daily tour or does not take the tour by his/her own decision, no refund of the canceled values will be made. 5. For cancellations due to COVID-19, positive results from a PCR test will be required as evidence, which must be scanned and sent to: info@narelyachtgalapagos.com. The payment made for this service will appear in favor of the passenger as a credit for future reservations. 6. All cancellations must be requested via e-mail, the agency or tour operator that requests it must have confirmation from the staff in charge of Yate Narel as support. 7. Due to weather changes and/or operational problems, – Yate Narel may make itinerary changes to other destinations (depending on the type of license it has) so as not to affect the passengers’ tour. This particular will be informed to the client so that he accepts or in turn requests the return of his payment or a credit is made for future reservations.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES 1. Guides – If you have a private guide accompanying the group of passengers, the rate for the same will be 35% of the regular rate per passenger, as long as they have the current documents for the performance of their function. (Updated license that accredits you as a Galapagos National Park Guide, updated Maritime Personnel Registration with all proficiency and medical certificates), otherwise you must go as a regular passenger and will pay the established value of the tour rate. – Guides other than those already established on the boat are not accepted in the case of a charter reservation, unless it is necessary to guide in languages other than English and Spanish, since no type of discount will be made to the total value of the tour in case you take a private guide. Likewise, the private guide may board under the authorization of the personnel in charge of Yate Narel. – If you have a Tour Leader accompanying the group, there will also be no type of discount.

 

   Discounts Children’s rates: – Infants from 0 years to 2 years – Free – Children from 2 years (1 day) to 10 years (1 day) – 20% discount on the regular rate. *To apply for this discount you will be required to present your passport or identity card.

 

Charter reservation: Yacht Narel has a capacity for 16 passengers.
